2014 College Football Playoff Open Thread

Hort just go ahead and come out of the Buckeye closet already. hehe

BTW, your boys manned up big time the other night. They should be proud of pulling together for that one when noone even gave them a shot in the game.

I'm going with FSU over another over-rated Oregon team.
Every time the Ducks play a team with a good defense they lose.

I want to believe this, but FSU has been struggling against much worse competition than the Ducks. I think this might finally be the year that Oregon makes the NC, which is unfortunate as I would much rather play FSU if we win. I just want the satisfaction of seeing Bosa/Bennett and Co. wreck Jameis.

Very much so. They have the players up front and particularly a safety that'll come up in run support big
They may hit hard but they are a far cry from a strong defense.

@Jagdaddy Nd's true frosh ran all over them. A controversial flag kept a 470 yd nd outing from eclipsing 30 pts.

Louisville went for 488 yds and 31 pts. Dyer ran wild.

Georgia tech ran all over them and scored 35.

Georgia Tech would've ran for the same amount on US if the Navy game tells us anything.

Louisville Jameis had 3 INTS before halftime and really put his defense in a hole. FSU may not start a lot of games well but they make good adjustments that give them the advantage at the half. Yes, FSU isn't elite on defense but they are physical and big enough in their front to give a team like Oregon trouble.
