Big Ten had 7 teams in the tournament with 2 in the S16/Elite 8, both with a winnable matchup with a trip to the F4 on the line. Not bad for an average season for the conference. MSU coming on at the end of the year may have swayed perception from this being a down year for the league. The biggest missed opportunity for the B1G this tournament season was probably #4 MD being "upset" by #5 seed WVU with a trip to the S16 & matchup with KY at stake, which was not really a big loss.

I know that you always should want the conference teams (Big Ten) to win championships but if MSU makes it to the Final Four which they have a fairly good chance of doing I do not know if I can take another year of hearing how great Izzo is as a coach. I think better teams shot like shit against them and it was not because of their "great" man-to-man defense. The teams just shot like shit..

The BIG should be 7 - 6 right now if you expect the higher seed to win, but the BIG is actually 9 - 5 right now so not bad for a down year.

I realize Arizona could pull off a win against Wisky, but I really think Wisky is the superior team.

Who does Kaminsky think he is, Christian Laettner? He flops, he gets the call. He lowers his shoulder, he gets the call. He blatantly jumps into his defender, there's no call and he whines.

Again, someday they'll actually call an offensive foul on guys when they jump into the defender - initiating contact - trying to draw a cheap foul. Someday.

Badgers shooting 10 for 15 from three and they've needed all of them. I'll give them their due, that's some clutch shooting.

If Bucky can shoot 12 for 18 from three I don't know if anyone is beating them. They were 11 for 13 in the second half. The odds they can do that two more times, on the other hand...
