2013 Week 9 CFB Open Thread

To be fair, Missouri started with their 3rd string QB.

WTF kind of trophy did SC and Misery play for?

Jesse Palmer with all three holes filled. Bama in his mouth because he was so eager. FSU gets the vag because he's in love. Oregon gets the butt because he swears he's never done this with anyone before. He's trying to make them feel special, but he ain't no anal virgin. Oregon has to know.

Yeah, I noticed this too. For Palmer theres apparently only 3 schools still in the hunt to play in the NCG. No mention of the Bucks there. I don't care for John Saunders much either. He's always quick to prop up the SEC, and he does it with that shit eating smile.

I honestly think Oregon's going down next week at Stanford. If the Bruins had any semblance of offense they probably would of won that game. Stanford doesn't really have that problem.
UCLA went in averaging 40 pts and 500 ypg. They have a good offense, but Oregon's defense is legit. And so is Stanfords. Should be a good game, but I think Nike's offense wins out.

Yeah, that Oregon D is pretty damn good. I would be very concerned if they lose and we stay at 3 or 4, because I don't know if we can match their pace on offense if we would meet in the Rose.

I haven't seen more than 2 Oregon games this year, but I refuse to believe this defense is legit until they can regularly stop decent offensive teams. Every year analysts say "This Oregon defense is good," but they meet a physical team or a decent offensive team and they give up points. I wouldn't say Oregon has faced any offensive juggernauts this year. When Washington St. and Washington are probably the toughest teams offensively you've faced, it's easy for your defense to look good. Washington St. put 38 on that Oregon defense, which would be enough to beat most teams that aren't named Oregon.

I think Stanford will provide a good game against Oregon again. I don't know if it'll be as close as it was last year, but they should be physical and slow Oregon down a bit. I would expect Oregon to struggle with OSU too if they meet in the Rose Bowl. If Oregon gets smacked in the mouth, you won't have to worry about matching their pace on offense.
