This will hurt Louisville badly in the polls. They had yet to play and beat a legit opponent. Louisville doesn't have a game left that will revive a top ten status.

UCF is a solid program. 3 points is the difference between them and an undefeated season as well as beating 2 ranked teams.
They went on the road and won in Happy Valley, took the Game Cocks down to the wire losing by only 3, and now going on the road and pulling off their programs biggest win ever. The Knights are 10th in Defensive ppg. They could find themselves in a BCS bowl.

If you're referring to Ohio State's BCS title chances, Louisville was never a threat.
Any "NC" dreams depend on teams like Oregon, Alabama, and the winner of Clemson/Florida State losing. Oh yeah, and OSU actually defeating one of those teams in January.
Louisville was always a longer shot than OSU.
