You're not getting my point. We won, but if our goal is to convince the voters that we belong in the NC game, we failed miserably today. FSU looks god like right now, and they have every reason to jump ahead of us.

We are not a NC caliber team right now. The good news is that it's still too early to worry about it anyways.

This is what I continue to tell me Oregon/Alabama loving coworkers. Also have to deal with people that talk shit about SoS and how tOSU "never" schedules anybody tough. THAT'S WEIRD. I wonder what it's like to watch nothing but ESPN.

I get your point just fine. I don't see us as a NC caliber team either, and i doubt our secondary play is going to improve enough to put us into that category by the end of the season. The goal is to win the games. If the situation is to convince the voters of anything, whether we win by 5 or 50 isn't going to matter at this point. They already think we are benefitting from a crap schedule. The positive thing is that if we keep winning all of our games, we may get to the point where we only have to worry about winning one game. Then it doesn't matter how ugly our wins looked.

What exactly defines a NC caliber team seems to change weekly. There is only one true prerequisite. Win 'em all.

The way i see it is if tOSU wins out and is left out, the national media will have given tOSU and Urban a nice size shoulder chip heading into a playoff format. Good luck with that.

FUCK THE SEC and their propaganda machine, that conference isnt shit this year. Its nothing but hype and I am tired of listening to it.. and I'll prove it.

Missouri.. FUCKING MISSOURI is dominating in that conference!! Missouri is not now and has never been worth shit but they move to the SEC now I bet money they will be ranked in the top 10 next week.. why? because they are beating the almighty SEC Georgia and Florida...
Next lets look at Georgia!!! they started the season in the top 5 because OMGSEC!!!111!! THEY ARE NOW 4-3 with losses to VANDERBILT AND MISSOURI FOR FUCKS SAKE!! Not to mention clemson is who is getting housed by FSU right now!

Next is south cakilaki! they have been hanging around the top 10 all season... and why? they have beaten UCF, kentucky, vanderbilt, and arkansas.. seriously people talk shit about OSU's schedule? OH they also LOST to TENNESEE WHO SUCKS DONKEY BALLS!!

How about TexAM? the other transplant that is supposed to be an amazing team now that they are SEC despite the fact that havent been shit in 20 years.. well they are still top 10.. who have they beaten? RICE, SAM HOUSTON, SOUTHER METHODIST, OLE MISS AND ARKANSAS!! again... HOW IS OSU GETTING SHIT ABOUT THEIR SCHEDULE?!?! This team just lost to fucking AUBURN!

Speaking of AUBURN they got ranked this week too, and why? they have beaten ARKANSAS STATE AND WESTERN CAROLINA! washington st and mississippi st! real impressive their war eagle

lets not forget that Alabama is the unquestioned first place team this year... they must just be amazing!!! because ya know, beating GEORGIA STATE AND CHATANOOGA is a rough schedule.. oh but they have to play all those tough SEC teams you say? who? TEXAM? we already proved they are a joke! and they gave up 42 points to those wanna be marines! kentucky? arkansas? oh they did beat COLORADO STATE! woooo impressive!! LSU is the only team with a pulse they play all damn year!

Speaking of LSU having a pulse...They lost to Ole Miss. Just to strengthen your argument, ya know.

Well that was a crazy week. 8 major upsets. Most of them SEC. But its ok. <sarcasm> They got beat by other SEC so they are still better than everyone else in the nation. </sarcasm>

If anything, at least this year the SEC is being exposed.
