Yeah, that may be a dangerous hit, but it wasn't "targeting" as defined by the rules. I think forcing the players to use their hands for a tackle in a situation like that is fine, but you have to adjust the rule accordingly.

Seriously, targeting needs to be a repetitive, James Harrison-like, situation where the guy continues to really lower his head at a player throughout the game.
Otherwise, 1 play is not worth an ejections (MOST situations). I mean, these kids are flying around. It's a split-second thing that just happens...
