The inflated view some here have of our B1G brethren is laughable.

I don't think any team in the Big Ten is that good except Wisky. I think Wisky is a really solid team. Good defense and an offense that can pound the ball. I wouldn't take them against any of the top 4, but I would take them against any of 5-10+. Other than that the conference would be lucky to play close to a top 10 team. I don't know I would take MSU against anyone in the top 20. Wisky I like. Flashy teams are fun, but a solid D and an offense that can run is what wins the big games consistently.

Then you haven't watched enough of MSU. They grind teams down to nubs. They punish you. Both sides of the ball. MSU is a throwback Big Ten team. Smashmouth.
