2013 TSUN shenanigans and arguments

Take care, and get ready for another ten year war, cause besides Michigan and Ohio State, no one worth a damn is recruiting in the Big Ten, and the winner every year will play for Rose Bowls and National Championships .. it's going to be one hell of a ride

I love how after a decade of being dominated by their rival, scUM fans think there is going to be another 10 year war. Why? What am I missing?

I get that Hoke comes in and has 1 good year. Not even a whole year mind you as the Urban hire IMO crushed the momentum they thought they had. I hear people say Hoke is a great recruiter, okay but compared to who? I mean other than offering a schollie to anyone on an secpn/rivals/scout list for top recruits who has he got that gives anyone here a reason to worry? Sure he can get a class together in early June but if it was a serious battle for a player in late Jan could he hit it out of the park? Would anyone trade one of our top 5 recruits for their top recruit? How about starters? How many scUm starters would actually push a Buckeye down to second string?

I was one of, if not the first, people on this board to say the Buckeyes would go on an extended winning streak. It wasn't because I had on my scarlet colored glasses, but because you don't dominate a conference with less talent than everyone else. 1 tough season didn't change that fact. Am I the only one that thinks despite the scUM efforts the gap in talent between the two schools has actually widened? If you look at the post Jwins put up it's obvious that MEN showed up to play for the The Ohio State University, scUM got Shane Morris.

The only thing that worries me anymore about THE GAME is that it is a rivalry, it's not because I think they are doing a great job in AA building something.

At about the 1:20 mark, Derrik Green gives UM fans a preview of what they can look forward to

#67 Kyle Kalis did not look particularly inneffective on that play.

Offensive coordinator Al Borges said Kalis made a major leap forward during spring camp once he grasped the cerebral components of the position ..... "When Kyle came in, he wasn?t really ready to play yet," Borges said. "It was a little overwhelming, from a systematic perspective, as much as anything. Not so much physically, but just learning how to play ... Coming in, I thought it'd be like high school.

Not on that play, but from what I could see Kalis looked good. I looked at both of those articles, if Kalis could have contributed last year, why didn't they play him? Were they worried they were going to spoil the 8-5 record, or did they think the experience would hurt him?
