Embarrassing call and a complete misinterpretation of the rules. The player was trying to jump over the LOS and the guard hit him around the knees. That isn't a chop block.

That being said, UL has gotten about every break in the game so far so UF was due.

Sadly, we all know too well that embarrassing calls and misinterpretations of rules are hallmarks of Big Ten officiating. These guys are just trying to represent.
