None of the other backs fumble as much. It took a couple of seasons for Eddie George to figure it out. Rod gets targeted because people know he's prone to fumbling. That's good scouting.

I think the point is ball first tackling or body first tackling. We may have short memories but this should be very clear from our team tackling progression last year. At the beginning of the year we were going for big hits and ball hawking, giving up a ton of extra yards when we missed. As the year went on there was a clear change to focussing on wrapping up and achieving a tackle first.
