Colin Cowherd just said his top 5 went, FSU-Auburn-Alabama-OSU-Mizzou. Then went on to say that OSU would be at least 7 point dogs to Alabama or Auburn.
HAHAHAHAHAH
Expect Mike Lupica to be fired soon. I just heard him say tOSU and Bama are the two best teams in CFB. Also bullied John Saunders into admitting tOSU belongs. Not belongs in the discussion. Belongs in the CG.
Hypothetical worst case scenarios that won't actually happen do tend to paint things in a bad light. It's probably good that South Carolina didn't make the SECCG, in retrospect. I could see if they won it, with two losses, Alabama magically leaping up to where Auburn was and into the two spot. After all, it wouldn't be the first time they were awarded a NC game bid while sitting on their couches watching the SECCG.
This "system" is such BS.
The Clemson loss probably has more of an uptick for the SEC than for OSU. My guess is that's how ESPN will spin it.Clemson losing will degrade FSU's last "legitimate" win....that will absolutely help Ohio State in terms of the BCS computers.
The human polls won't change much, but every little bit might matter.
OSU doesn't belong unless they win next Saturday. That being said, Herbie spent a bit of airspace pushing the Buckeyes too. This while covering the Mizzou, aTm game. Little Johnny Fuhball won't be repeating as Heisman. That's good news.Expect Mike Lupica to be fired soon. I just heard him say tOSU and Bama are the two best teams in CFB. It will be interesting to see if the BCS committee waits to see if Winston is charged since the Tallahassee police are in no rush to judgement while there are still games to be won. I can imagine the local booster group looking for some hush money. If he's charged it becomes a question of, does a one loss SEC team trump a no loss FSU with an alleged rapist at QB?Doesnt matter as much now, but im still hoping for an sec matchup.
Taylor Lewan: That's not the #3 team in the country.
Easy to say when you gave up almost 400 yards rushing and your offense decided to play the best game they've played all year, ya douchebag.

The stakes just got bigger for next week.
No longer is it win and go to the Rose and maybe the NC.
Its now win and go to the National Championship. Lose and go to the Capital One Bowl.
But this being the BCS, where only two spots are available in the title game, and where the unofficial directive for 15 years has been to win every game, this particular scenario [Auburn jump] does not merit suddenly bucking precedent and telling the Buckeyes, Sorry, not good enough.
