Illinois goes into the half up 37-21 on Colorado. I'm sure Charles picked the Buffs.

Yeah, Miami should be concerned provided the Illini hold on. This Illinois team can spread them out and shoot the 3. I'm rooting for Illinois, they haven't had any success lately in the tourney and I like coach Groce. The Illini might struggle next year without Paul, Richardson and to a lesser extent Griffey, but they can be a dangerous team when they're shooting the 3 well. Miami needs to bring their "A" game if they face Illinois.

On the other hand, Colorado had an epic 7-minute scoring drought to end the half - good way to let the other team go on a run and have momentum heading into halftime.

Illinois starting the half on the wrong note. Outscored 14-2 in the first 4:36 of the 2nd half with Colorado at the line for two & only holding a 39-35 lead. C'mon man.

Just imagine what this game would've been like had Illinois not had a 17-point halftime lead. Just an absolute putrid half by the Illini. Doesn't help the crowd is completely against them either.
