2013 NBA Finals: Who wins, and in how many games?

The refs let them play down the stretch both ways. Really have no problem with the no call. Ginobili just as well could've been called for traveling. Probably should've used their timeout to get Parker back in the game anyway in that situation. Spurs have nobody to blame but themselves. Missed free throws and and not being able to grab a rebound did them in.

Whether or not you thought it was a foul (either the Green 3 or the Ginobili mugging) I hate that officials refuse to blow the whistle with the game on the line. Yeah, it's hard to be responsible for what could potentially be the game sealing free throws, but if it's a foul, it's a foul. The defender knew the consequences when he committed the foul (in the case of Bosh on the Green 3, he could've been charged for assault and battery), and it should be no shock when the call is made.

Defenses have begun to take advantage of the fact that officials have their tails tucked underneath their legs in the final seconds of important games.

Other than that, please, please, San Antonio, win game 7.

Ginobli trying running into the whole defense with the ball smothered like he was a running back trying to plow through the defense is one of the most stupid failures ive seen in basketball in some time

I'm proud to say I haven't watched a single second of an NBA final game this year and haven't watched the NBA period outside of a bar this season. I hope every games sets records for low viewership and they go bankrupt.

It's also worth noting that the most NBA coverage I have heard is on NPRs Friday sports segment.

Keep up the good work, Stern and ESPN, the product you put out is so enjoyable. I hope all of their ratings bomb. Pretty please?

Not a fan of Bosh, but good for him on this one.

Chris Bosh to Heat fans who left early: "Don't come to Game 7" - SI

MIAMI — Sorry, Heat fans. Chris Bosh is unwilling to forgive your lack of faith.

In the closing minutes of regulation of Game 6 on Tuesday, a significant portion of the home crowd left American Airlines Arena early, missing the Heat’s dramatic 103-100 overtime comeback.

Bosh chastised the fans who headed for the exits during a media session on Wednesday.

Eh, he comes off like a whiner to me. The Heat "fanbase" is widely known to be one of the worst in the NBA. If it were so important to Bosh that he have the undying support of his team's fans, then he shouldn't have gone to Miami. He made the decision that forming a super team was more important. Sorry, Chris, if you can't have it all. :tibor:

Further, lest anyone be confused, Bosh's real gripe with the Heat fans (and what I think is driving his whining here) is not that they walked out of Game 6, but rather that they've been all over him for his terrible play against the Spurs.

The final game will have all of the suspense of who will win as a Hulk Hogan-Rowdy Roddy Piper matchup at Wrestlemania.

Less than that...more like who was going to win Hogan/Slaughter when the Sarge was an "Iraq sympathizer" during the Gulf War
