tomorrow night, LSU makes their 1st ever baseball trip to Missouri.
saw pics today of some of our guys throwing snowballs when they got to the Stadium today.
if your ballpark has snow on the ground when conference play starts, you really shouldn't be in the SEC.
snow in late march just doesn't have a very southern feel to it.

every year, we play 1 game at Zephyr Field and call it the Wally Pontiff Jr Classic.
Wally was an All-American for LSU in the early 2000's.
played a big part of our 2000 National Title.
He died in his sleep due to a hear abnormality after his Junior season.
all proceeds from the game go to the Wally Pontiff Jr foundation.
