I think he's still up a creek, without a paddle.

I say we give him a ping pong paddle like Barry in Beer Fest. Let him poop pancakes forever after.

glad they caught this asshole alive.

now bring him down to South Louisiana with his open bullet wounds.
i know a few spots in the marsh back here sure to attract a few gators with his blood.

we'll have him talking (and possibly missing a limb or two) before lunch tomorrow

You know, fuck that. The Constitution is now optional shit has got to stop.

CNN analysts making (seemingly) good points about this. He doesn't have the right to be Mirandized. He has the right to not have his statements admitted in court if not advised of his Miranda rights. They have so much other evidence that they won't need his statements in court, so they may as well try to extract whatever information they can through the approach they're taking.

Agree 100% on following the Constitution and rule of law. It is why we are a great nation. Without it, we are not a great nation at all.

I don't mind the exception though in matters involving national security. Ask all you want about other bombs or imminent threats to the public. After that though, read him his rights and let him have a lawyer. He is still an American citizen and has all the rights as such.

Per the FBI. . . .

That cocksucker has the right to open his mouth when someone shoves a .357 in his mouth.

It was hard for me to go against a strict reading of the Constitution honestly if it helps you any.

Giving him the full rights of an innocent until proven guilty citizen would have demonstrated our greatness, especially when we had strong legal precedent to not do so.

It's how you treat the weak that reveals what type of country or man you really are (unless you are playing havest prep in baseball, then bombs away).
