You had me at "Iowa State beats Michigan."Iowa State beats Michigan. ISU was favored in this game being unranked. Why ISU isn't ranked is beyond me. THey are a solid team that took osu to the wire last year in the tournament aren't they?

You missed the part where that ISU team that took OSU to the wire lost SIX SENIORS. The team that beat UM today was a shell of the one that played in the tourney, as that ISU team shot the lights out from 3 and this one is a far cry from that.
I don't remember the stat exactly but tsun has lost something like 7 out of 10 road games against unranked teams
You're prolly right, i was sort of half listening due to the fact i was watching ESPiNI don't think that is accurate. By my count they were 3-2 on the road against AP unranked teams last year, 0-1 this year, but won their last 5 such games in 2012.
The new rule in college basketball to me, favors the offensive side of the ball for sure. Our Aaron Craft always seems to be in control when he goes into the lane, hoping to draw defender to him and can make some good plays.Reffing has gotten a bit worse I think because officials feel an urgency to make more foul calls on defenses, and they are making more bad foul calls as a result. I have seen a lot of times a guy will drive and jump into a defensive player who's gone straight up in the air, and then they call a foul on that defensive player - that isn't a foul when they go straight up but they are now rewarding offensive players for being out of control a lot of times.
I was referring to the lack of fouls called in the Louisville/Kentucky game iif the officials were following the so-called new standards on fouls. I saw quite a bit of "body contact" that was never called in that game and was called in many of the games Ohio State has played this season.Reffing has gotten a bit worse I think because officials feel an urgency to make more foul calls on defenses, and they are making more bad foul calls as a result.
