I saw the 27th in an online article several weeks ago. So it's either different quotes in different articles, or in an article that's been edited since it was originally posted. I think we'll need the audio to be sure either way.

So... I found the article it came from. It has been edited after the initial posting (whenever that happend to be... sure wasn't within the week it was actually a story) to show the correct date. Whether or not he actually said 24th or 27th, you would have to go to audio.
