I will be pleasantly surprised if we beat Brazil tomorrow. Our team, the oldest in the tourney, seems to lack the [strike]speed[/strike] pace to run with the girls from South America. Solo will have to stand on her head in this one.

The way they keep possession and keep it on the deck, I can say that Japan are one of the more entertaining sides of the tournament.

Tough break for the Germans to lose Kulig so early though.

For England, screw training prior to WC. Both men's and women's should practice shootouts. Going back to Cameroon in 1990, I can't remember the men winning a shootout (eliminated in three WC and one Euro via shootout).
