2011 TSUN shenanigans and arguments (off season)

 you guys think about dudes in drag

Well thinking about it trumps the hell out of actually doing it.

And, of course, we were not endorsing it, but rather pointing out that Ann Arbor remains a whore.

PS Mike: your earings don't match that purse.

FEAR THE DOME!

It certainly appears so.

Lets not forget the link in that chain of using amazingly bad judgement in deifying an assistant coach before Barwis.

There was a period of time when our friends from up north were covering themselves in mansauce over Ron English's decision to not go to the NFL(recruiter extraordinaire/aggressive defensive coach to rid them of Deboard's prevent defenses etc).

So that's two messiah's going back to about 2005 or so that have been spectacular swings and misses and they don't even come up for air or a breath mint before going down on the next guy.

FEAR THE DOME!

Hard not to get excited about him after suffering through Greg Robinson.......I would like to think in a few seasons he'll have our defense playing like a real college football team should.

Meanwhile, Scott Shafer was undercut at every turn by RR's homeboys, eventually ending with a pre-Purdue mutiny, a gag order after leaving UM, only to watch him transform a 101st ranked D into the 37th & 7th ranked units in successive years (fixing the mess created under Greg Robinson's watch).

In a couple of seasons RR was going to dominate the Big Ten with his awesome offensive mind........Nope.

In a couple of seasons, well no, actually at the end of the first season, the Barwis machine of training and his regimen of chocolate milk drinking will have the team out performing everyone in the universe and it will help the team win purely by wearing the other team out.......Yeah, that didn't happen. In fact, it looked like the team was giving up in the 4th quarters of games last year.

It was only going to take one season for GERG to turn around the pathetic excuse for a defense that Shafer put together.........Did not happen, and was a HUGE mistake in hindsight (see jwins post above)

Dave Brandon is the MAN!!!1! He will right the ship!!......Remains to be seen, and Domino's pizza still sucks.

Basically, the UM fanatics have tried to force a "messiah" out of all the trash that they have had in that program over the past few years, yet none of it has ever come to fruition.

Up next for the "messiah" role: Greg Mattison. Good luck you poor, poor bastard.

Mattison should have the D turned around. Kids want to play for a former NFL guy. Don't let the TSUN hyperbole get in the way.

But still, FUCK TSUN.

Well, he was only in the NFL for a very brief time, and as Charlie Cheeseburger taught us all so well, what works in the NFL doesn't always translate to the college game for numerous reasons. Plus he worked for Willingham for years, if that doesn't send up red flags I don't know what would.

Eventually the allure of his NFL experience will be diminished by his failure at Michigan, particularly in his first two or three seasons when the talent level would prevent Tim Tebow from fielding a successful defense, and the fact that he is a fat, balding old man working for a fat, lying douchebag.
