2011 TSUN shenanigans and arguments (off season)

Time to start a "legend of thomas rawls" thread?

I've never seen so much excitement over a low 3* RB. Their basic logic: they went to the same HS, so thomas rawls = Mark Ingram. Can't argue with that.

They should be excited. He is taller than 5'8" and weighs more than 175lbs.

Those Tennessee guys look pretty scary. What was their record again? :biggrin:

I'm pretty sure if you want to see their record, you need to go to the Legal/Police Blotter thread. Being Tennessee, that which spawned the Fulmer Cup, you can expect their record to be "impressive".

Just imagine the hype he's gonna generate when he starts running roughshod over all those midgets in practice.

Holy lord, who did they blow to get this schedule?
Western Michigan
Notre Dame
Eastern Michigan
San Diego State
Minnesota
@Northwestern
@Michigan State
Purdue
@Iowa
@Illinois
Nebraska
Ohio State
Dare I say M*ch*g*n football is back? With a non-midget RB, a non-retard HC, a little less "fabulous" at QB and a schedule like this, skunkbear fans will be back to beating their chests about 9-3 seasons in no time at all.

Holy shit, when scUM is fighting over the like of Central Michigan for a recruit, you know things are not what they used to be up in that crap hole.

Rawls has two issues working against him. His grades for one, he is eligible for the 2011 season, he just passed the test. Most thought he would not make the grade.

The second is his coach, who is Fred Jackson's father. Everyone knew if Rawls could make the grades he would be blue.

Looking at what we had for a starting back 5' 6'' Vincent Smith who is not that damn fast either, you can see why we are happy if Rawls signs.:biggrin:

Yes we are very excited he weighs more then 175lbs:)

Some of those posters are totally clueless. According to some, the Jones offer was due to the fact that OSU thinks Pryor won't come back (declare for the draft) because of the suspensions. :shake: And they are the ones dissing an OSU education? Just wow.

Personally, I like Frank Drebin's comment

I thought that you get admitted to OSU if you graduate from an accredited high school in the state of Ohio?

Didn't Justin Turner get in to Michigan without even graduating from an Ohio HS just two years ago? LOL

After reading that crap, I'm amazed some of those idiots remember to breathe.
