In this weekly look at Ohio State's attempt to land a top class for 2011, we focus on 30 prospects the Buckeyes have either offered, or are in contact with. Ohio State has two commitments at this point in time, but there could be more coming in the next six weeks. Bill Greene takes a look at the 2011 class in this recruiting update to Bank on.

And I doubt anyone there will be committing to OSU seeing as though I don't think anyone planning on attending has an OSU offer (other than Lawrence Thomas, and he isn't committing to anyone this weekend). As for juniors committing at OSU's junior day this weekend, we will just have to wait and see.

The Chesapeake event will also allow recruits to get answers to important questions about the recruiting process as well as update their Rivals.com profiles with accurate heights and weights, photos and video. Our featured speaker for the Chesapeake event is Oscar Smith head coach Richard Morgan who guided Elite 11 quarterback Phillip Sims and others through the process.
Prospects will learn what is required to get academically qualified for college, how to garner the most attention from recruiters, how to interact with college coaches and most importantly how to make the right decision for the right reasons.
This is NOT A CAMP and is invite only. If you are the coach or parent of a D-I recruit in the class of 2011 or 2012 who would like to inquire about attending either event, you can e-mail Rivals.com Recruiting Analyst Mike Farrell at [email protected].
