IMO 2/3 of the top 12 are a joke...but seriously, ranking these teams after one game is more about where they started in pre season (based mainly on assumptions) more than where they truly stack up. I'm more interested in rankings after November 1st not September 1st...

Gators will have to play #s 2, 3, 5, and 11.

I know they will not all stay that high because of inter-SEC play, but FML. OTOH, I guess if we can beat LSU in Death Valley, Bama at the Swamp or half-ass, we'll be able to jump up from 17.

Starting that low makes it hard to climb, as a loss might get you tossed from the 25 entirely. Given our current transition, I think we may be off radar sooner than later.
