poor, poor shuster.
this is hard to watch.

this stupid sport seems like such a waste of time to actually compete in. the precision that it takes to just be average is ridiculous. the analysts make more comments about missed shots than shots that were put right where they needed to be....because NOBODY puts a shot where it needs to be.

i think that's just the reflection of success in curling being more about the quality of the poor shots and less about the quality of the good shots. in that way, i liken curling to golf.

even the good teams will make a shot, and that Canadian chick will say something like "Oh they didn't want it to roll that much." It's like every shot gets screwed up somehow. such a pain in the ass to even follow.....especially when your country sucks this bad at it.

It's hard to fathom how NBC thought that showing less live events in Canada than they did halfway around the world was somehow a good idea. But then, the last time NBC had a good idea was about 1994...
