Scout.com: J.T. Turner Granted His Release
He doesn't have a punishing younger brother, does he?

There should be a special clause in the Big Ten laws that allows recruits or 'prospects' to transfer intraconference if they sign with Michigan. They can call it the "RichRod Clause".

Lazy, wasn't that good anyway, opens spot for pending monster recruiting class, couldn't cut the Harvard of the West academics (shockingly enough for a kid that had trouble graduating HS).

Does that about cover the feedback from up north?

It is interesting to look at the near disaster UM now faces in CB depth and then look at a kid like Christian Bryant who - less than a week into practice - has been highlighted for his performance as a true Frosh.

And other than special teams there is simply no place to put him.

So less depth and even more reliance on incoming freshman for the worst defense in the B10 after losing its best 2 players.

This should go well.

Some ringing endorsements from DC Greg Robinson:
(all taken from mgoblog)
When asked how Will Campbell looks: "He's very handsome."

Marvin Robinson "walks around the building looking pretty good."

(I get that he was, no doubt, just joking around... but... umm... maybe now isn't the best time to be joking around, GERG)

Obi Ezeh is working very hard. He has "good intentions" but is aware that he has a battle for a starting spot with Kenny Demens and Mark Moundros the other contenders.

Robinson is a "real fan" of Jonas Mouton.

JT Turner - :glances at Dave Ablauf, Football Media Relations Guy: "I don't know what's going on there."

I had to look up both Demens and Moundros to be reminded of who they are.

Moundros has actually been playing for the past two seasons - as a fullback. I sure hope Ezeh can find a way to keep his job.

For the record, Moundros has 2 TD's against Big 10 schools (receiving vs. Illinois, rushing vs. Minnesota).

Denard Robinson has only 1 (rushing vs. Iowa).

Just saying...
