I would like to think that with the whole NCAA thing over there is a lot of pressure lifted right now and the team will come out and play little looser without that hanging over it's head. I still think we can beat Illinois and Purdue. I predicted 7 wins at the start of the season, so we'll see what happens.

What I didn't put in my original post is the fact that beating the shit out of a 7 win tsun team helps tOSU more than a 5 win tsun team. Especially if they knock off Wiscy.:wink2:

Really? I'm not seeing that as a reason why your defense and special teams suck so bad.

was anything really hanging over their heads? most people forgot about the whole thing until the decision was made and ESPN reminded us. I kind of doubt the players were worried about it.

I think Illinois is a LOT better than you think they are. They are a much more complete team that scUM.
