2010 TSUN News (in-season)

So RR has now gone on record saying the back ups will be getting some reps this weekend regardless of the score.

Jesus.

Granted, UM should be able to exhaust the depth chart against BGSU (who will be sans their starting QB), but to say the second string is getting in no matter the score as the HC of a team that couldn't put away DII UMASS....well...that s just idiotic.

I'm hoping this one stays close into the 4Q and RR has to either put in the depth guys..or renig on his promise...but I think he is safe on this..as dumb as it was to say it before the game.

Reminds me of Fat Charlie's decided schematic advantage.

So I read on the UM Rivals board that Devin Gardner is out for the season and taking a medical redshirt for an ACL injury. This was supposedly from a RR radio interview.

Genius move by RR, try to see if he's ready by putting him on the field early, then when you find out that DR is the real deal, have him fake an injury and save his eligibility. That will ease Tate's transfer predicament and keep the depth chart filled.

If there is a V-Bet on Devin either not wearing a leg brace or him having a miraculous recovery if he becomes suddenly needed, then I'm ALL-IN.

If he's actually injured from practice then I'm sorry that RR has made me this jaded by being a sneaky shit snake oil dealing coach.

Miraculous recovery bet is a winner but the RS idea is shot in the ass.

Speaking of asses....RR is still one.

It'll stop next week when I put him in my fantasy lineup. Look for 8 picks, 17 sacks, and 2 torn achilles' tendons.

Fucking typical. I finally started him this week and he can't even make it through the first quarter.

How is it possible that he didn't start until week 4?

Week 1 - Didn't know what to expect
Week 2 - Thought Week 1 might be a fluke
Week 3 - It's Umass. He'll be done by half. (Never count on UM's defense :shake:)

Plus, I've got 3 other good QBs on the roster that I thought I could count on for good numbers.

Oh, and I suck.
