Three of those games, however (2002, 2003, 2006) did not feature a Big Ten team. Three of the remaining six games (2004, 2005, 2007) were losses by Michigan, who doesn't actually play football anymore as far as I know. I can't excuse the 3 remaining losses.
My last post before the damn power went off to my house. Missed from this point (right before Blount's fumble) up to right after Pryor's touchdown pass to Posey. Needless to say I was not happy. I was able to go to a friend's house and see the last 7 minutes and Tresselball ran to perfection the last 5. Thankfully that friend had DVR'd the game so I could see what I missed after all the post-game festivities were over. It was also a great joy to read through the thread from the point where I left off until today's posts this morning. I was smiling the entire time, even in the few low spots... reading reactions to plays that already happened is entertaining when you know the final outcome turns out well for the team you're rooting for.bkochmc;1631685; said:Missed an obvious block in the back... terrible.

Remember we did lose three BCS bowl games before breaking through yesterday. So take caution in thinking we would've rolled through the Rose Bowls while the other big ten teams struggled. While we're most definately a top program and the best in the big ten (by a mile) we haven't exactly set the world on fire either on the big stage up until last night.

1. Two back shoulder throws to Posey. Both great passes, great body control by the receiver, and should have resulted in two TDs.bukIpower;1633253; said:I just wanted to add on to what a game Pryor had. Even on his errant throws you could tell he was really playing well.
Examples..
1. His throw that Posey dropped on the opening drive(much like the one he later caught for a TD)
2. The throw that he beamed in to Sanzo with a heavy blitz, and if not for a devistating hit by the Oregon Saftey, it would've been another first down.
3. The Post route that Pryor threw before Sanzo's break that was behind him. If he throws the ball infront of Dane he WALKS in for a TD. He was wide open and pryor recognized it but just didn't put the ball on the money. Main thing to me though is he recognized where to go.
4. His INT. When he threw it I was thinking "Oh my god he has a man running up the sideline with no one behind him!!" I honestly couldn't tell it was falling short and thought it was a sure TD. Of course he under threw it but he saw the guy and just didn't put enough into it to get it there.

The first throw you mention was not errant. It was exactly where it needed to be. Posey turned wrong.bukIpower;1633253; said:I just wanted to add on to what a game Pryor had. Even on his errant throws you could tell he was really playing well.
