Which team that didn't make the playoffs wins the #1 pick in the NBA Draft?

Regardless of past or future trades, this is just for which team's logo gets the #1 pick when they're drawn on Tuesday.

Well, it's either Philly, Washington, or New Jersey.

They'll be 1-2-3, with Minny and Sacramento dropping to 4 and 5.

At least the Nets don't get 1 or 2, which I like. Getting Wall would have made them more of a force in the Lebron sweepstakes.

I think despite the "debate talk" no team would have pass on Wall...

It would be very hard for a team to pass on such a great PG. Very good PGs are rare in the NBA. The Wizards will probably draft Wall without a 2nd thought. Yes, the Wizards really don't need a PG so i think they should trade the pick, but that is only going to happen if they get a really good deal out of it.
