I saw McVey's name listed under the game stats, but those participation reports are unfortunately not extremely reliable.

Yesterday's also shows James Georgiades and Marcus Hall, and I'm pretty sure neither one of those guys got into the game. :wink2:

Brandon Castel also omits McVey from his participation report.

Six true freshmen played their first games as Buckeyes Thursday: RB Carlos Hyde, WR Corey Brown, OT Andrew Norwell, K Drew Basil, DT Johnathan Hankins and CB Christian Bryant.
