According to the rules in the first post, BigJim won the contest with 15 points.

You would have had 16 points, but your post was invalidated since it was edited long after the closing date for the contest, which was August 4th.

15 - BigJim (earliest post wins ties, and v$250,000)

15 - tmporter (after contest closed)
15 - BuckNutty (after contest closed)

Edit -this may seem harsh, but the cutoff date was just before players checked in for fall camp. So everybody was supposed to guess who would redshirt without hearing any reports from practices in August.
