2009 TSUN arguments, shenanigans (not football)

The good thing for scUM is that at least their players can now concentrate on their academics, instead of missing time for frivolous endeavors like practice and bowl games, way to keep the priorities right [censored] Rod.

On Boom's TD in the 3rd quarter, were those Michigan recruits that were jawing with him in the end zone?

It looked like a group of young men with passes around their necks. I thought maybe they were recruits on a recruiting visit. Just curious....

so it looks like we got our wish and they played us close enough to have a renewed confidence in Rodriguez (or at least some of their dumb ass fans feel this way), did you know that if Taint didn't turn the ball over five times they would have won? things are looking bright up north, next year they probably will win more than one game against Big Ten opponents, that's called progress!!

Yep. I assume most of them are too young to remember that in the early years Cooper actually had the inferior team and on several occasions had games like scUM did yesterday. Better stats, out played them whatever you want to call it, many were convinced he'd start winning when he got more talent in the system.

We really need to thank Bill Martin and Mary Sue Coleman for pushing through the stadium renovations. The acoustical improvements provided by the renovation truly enhanced the audible presence of the Ohio State fans.

JT's 16th loss as Ohio State head coach came against LSU in 2007 in his 7th year with the team.
RR's 16th loss as Michigan head coach came yesterday in his 2nd year with the team.

In nine years as Ohio State head coach, JT has never missed a Bowl invite.
In two years as Michigan head coach, RR has.....oh well.

In the two seasons prior to JT's hire, Ohio State went 14-10.
In the two seasons prior to RR's hire, Michigan went 20-6.
Michigan fans insert "the cupboard was bare" excuse here.

In his first two seasons as Ohio State head coach, JT was 21-5 with a MNC and two wins over scUM.
In his first two seasons as Michigan head coach, RR was 8-16 with zero December practice sessions (at least none that he's told the NCAA about).

In the last five years, Ohio State is 53-10 (with one to play). 5-0 in THE GAME.
In the last five years, Michigan is 35-27 (with zero to play).

In the last ten years, Ohio State is 101-25 (with one to play). 8-2 in THE GAME.
In the last ten years, Michigan is 81-43 (with zero to play).

In the last twenty years, Ohio State is 192-54-3 (with one to play).
10-9-1 in THE GAME.
In the last twenty years, Michigan is 174-69-3 (with zero to play).

Ponder this one. With a win next November at the Shoe, Ohio State's record vs Michigan since the John Cooper hiring will be 11 wins 11 losses and 1 tie. JT is on the verge of balancing the ledger vs. Michigan in regards to the Cooper years.

Go Bucks!!!!
scUM sucks!!!!

Scout.com: Anyone know who this is?
MGoBlog says the player didn't see the field but was expected to start next year, and it's not Justin Turner.
Taylor Lewan
Quinton Washington
Michael Schofield
Cameron Gordon
Brendan Gibbons
Anthony LaLota
Brandin Hawthorne
Thomas Gordon
Mike Jones
Jeremy Gallon
Fitzgerald Toussaint
Isaiah Bell
I hate to speculate about something like this, but Hawthorne would be the most likely starter out of this bunch, at spinner (the S/LB spot which Brown is vacating by graduation).
