FACT: If you don't see the interception, it doesn't count.

Random aside

As I was doing some research for a case I am working on I came across this fun little nugget in an 6th Circuit court case. I am not sure if the judge actually wrote this or if a law clerk slipped this past the judge, but I just had to share this. A direct quote from the case:

"[Phillip]Webb, a 225-pound former running back at the University of Michigan, a lesser Big 10 power, pinned him by holding his leg on top of Roberts's back." Roberts v. Manigold, 240 Fed. Appx. 675, 676 (6th Cir. 2007).

Judge Cook must be on BP, or his law clerk is. Either way, thought I would share with the board because I thought it was hilarious.

Well, I thought I saw it all until I found this nugget on some Detroit fish wrap website:

If that cortisone shot that hit Henne's nerve before the OSU game in 2007 doesn't happen and he's able to pass the ball, Michigan probably beats OSU and winds up in the Rose Bowl. Carr doesn't immediately retire. A more suitable replacement is found a year or two later. And we're not in this mess. I was wrong wishing for Carr to retire. At least I'll admit I was wrong. How about you RR lovers?
Jim Harbaugh took over a Stanford team that was 1-11. Look at them now. RR took over a team that humbled Florida in the Capital One Bowl. I'm tired of hearing all the cupboard was bare crap. Over 30 years of bowl appearances and suddenly the cupboard's bare? What a pile. A real man takes responsibility. He doesn't make excuses.

The new excuse for scUM fans is a Cortisone shot hitting a nerve. I just about spit out my coffee when reading this nugget. The statement about Llllloyd is priceless.

Re: WAAAY Too Early '10-'11 Predictions (record)

Since RR seems to improve by 2 wins each year I will go with 7-5

The world will not be ready for 2014 when Michigan and RichRod win a record setting 15 wins. Of course, RichRod will have convinced Michigan to join the Big East.

But he's also regressing by one win in Big Ten play which means 0-8 next year. So...paradox.

The best part of that is that the scUM fan first offers one of the most convoluded, conspiracy-theory-esque excuses for scUM's failings that I've ever come across, then concludes by stating that real men take responsibility for their failings and don't make excuses. Just unbelievable.
