I'm surprised you don't know the answer to this, Jax. Especially because the last person to run their mouth like this was none other than the person you mentioned in your post, Mike Hart. He was unsuccessful in his 4 attempts as a starter to beat Ohio State. That means he was 0-4. He didn't beat Ohio State one time in his entire 4 year starting career. That means he has a winning percentage of .000 against Ohio State while he was a starter. For 4 years. That's 1, 2, 3, 4 times....and 0, 0, 0, 0 wins.
The reason you probably forgot this is because people who run their mouths that much tend to at least back it up one time...and you would think that with 4 chances (the most allowed in college football) that he actually would have at least one victory. But alas, Mike Hart was never able to win a single game against Ohio State. He was 0-4 against the Buckeyes. He tried 4 times, but he failed all 4 times. 0-4, as the kids say.
