2009 TSUN arguments, shenanigans (not football)

Hey I'm not the one that put the list together...go bitch at GBW or the Michigan athletic department. I'm only going by their "officila roster" minus graduates. Now if you think you are gonna move 3 OL or whatever to the DL...good luck. I would also like to know how many of those guys have schollies and how many are walk-ons. The makes the situation even worse. I'm sure if you take walk-on into consideration OSU probably has more than 13 DL but I haven't checked. Good spin...I like it.
Well, it helps to check. I looked at the official OSU roster, counted all the non-senior linemen, and added the number of DL commits, so presumably, the official roster includes walk-ons.

Now, the list you gave for Michigan, all those guys are scholarship guys.

Your counterparts at GBW disagree with you about Ferrara moving to DL...
I don't have a source for Ferrara. I just think that's what'll happen. We're now deeper at OL than at DT. RR kept the lid on a lot of redshirts that'll now compete for the two-deep.

Stokes' announcement is coming soon. I hope he comes, but he falls into the "nice to have" category either way. Despite all the decommitments, RR's put together a hell of a class.

That dude Dana Jacobsen just interviewed Rodriguez on First Take.

The best interview of the day was on College Football Live. RR going on and on about "negative recruiting." When he was finished the host looked at him and said, "Negative recruiting? Coach Rodriguez wasn't that the excuse last year?" :slappy:

They can tout it as the #7 class overall if they'd like, but with that comes top-7 talent expectations.
But they already have their colt mccoy?

But now they have Colt McCoy AND Pat White. UNSTOPPABLE!!!!11!!!

Eh, it was a class. Not great, not bad...just a class. Very heavy on skill positions and light in 2/3 areas of need (DL and LB). Forcier (okay, is it 4CA, or For-seer the like the idiots on espn kept saying today?) may well be a good QB for this system, but he's smallish and time will tell if he can avoid getting dinged up.
FOR-c-a. Not what ESPN was saying.

Lets hope it lives up to the standards set by that legendary bunch.

Them's is some lofty expectations...30-20, 0-4 in the game, 1-2 in Bowls, loss to Appy State and Toledo, first losing season in forever...

I still say they are getting the m*ch*g*n benefit of the doubt with those rankings. If this class was headed to any number of other schools, they wouldn't sniff the top-20.

Forcier's name isn't the only one those dipfucks have been butchering all day. They kept pronouncing Manti Te'o as "Man tie tay ow" instead of "Mahn tee tay oh". Fuckwads...
