The Rex Ryan experience would like to announce that from this point forward Troy Smith is the starting QB of the New York Jets. Brett Favre will not be welcome back, no matter how much he publicly complains about having sand in his vagina. New bombass coaching regime, new bombass QB.

The way the players gravitated towards Troy in Baltimore was unbelievable for a second year player, and he's just the type of leader that can succeed under the brightest lights in the world.

I would also like to take this opportunity to announce that the Jets will be pursuing Bart Scott and Jim Leonhard as priorities 1 and 1a this offseason through the free agent market.

One receiver whose stock rose considerably at the Senior Bowl was Ohio State's Brian Robiskie. He separated himself from the pack as the most polished receiver on the North roster. He showed precise cuts out of his stem and was able to throttle down instantly when running stop and comeback routes. Robiskie opened scouts' eyes with a beautiful catch during seven-on-seven drills, going up high on a skinny post while displaying soft hands to haul in the throw. At this point he appears to be the receiver who should have the easiest transition at the next level. However, there are concerns about his speed at the next level, which is very average.

After scouting William this season, I had concerns about Moore's diagnostic skills and stiffness in his hips. Those concerns were confirmed when comparing him to other top safeties playing in the Senior Bowl, such as Delmas and Alabama's Rashad Johnson. Moore had top-40 talent because of his outstanding size-speed combination, but I did not have him that high on my board. Moore's stock took a huge hit during 2008 after a tremendous 2007 campaign.
