A good precautionary tale for those of you who might be overly excited about getting what was supposed to be our best returning lineman :wink2:
meh. Looks like he's the one towards the middle turning his guy inside on and off-tackle run. Seems Long and teh TE are the ones that really blew it at the point of attack. I'm not sure I remember how the play went from there, but looks like if the TE had blocked down with Long on whoever (Rose?) got passed him (Long), the FB could have kicked Coleman out and Hart might have had room to run. If I do remember right, Hart ended up cutting back into the predominantly unblocked backside.

I'm not trying to stir things up I'm just amazed at how it seems that 90% of the true UM fans that post on here think that you never get beat, you always "gave it away" or "the refs jobbed us" or "the weather was horrible and that's why we sucked"; just man up and admit you were outplayed, out coached, or whatever and accept the loss. You guys have one of the most soried programs in history and yet you guys sound like a bunch 4th graders calling other coaches names like you're on the playground at school, give me a break! If you seriously think you will be champions of the Big Ten or even NC's in the next 5 years I'll give you my address and IO'll put up $1,000 right now and say you won't. Tha is what I was referring to. Ohio State has been by you for a wahile and now PSU just passed you in talent and depth. I'm not even going to bring up MSU because that's a whole other story. Good luck against the Buckeyes.
Go **** yourself you ******* *****!!!!! You don't like what we say then ******* leave and don't come back. Saying those who stay will be champions, isn't looking thru maize and blue glasses. You're a ******* moron, we gave credit to teams that had beaten us, except ND cuz we handed 7 gifts, 2 of them inside our own 15, so **** off.

You're a ***** ass **** stain. PEACE OUT *****!!!!!

I love this line right here:
Is this for real? If so that clock that is "not ticking on RR" may be starting to tick now.
all the record lows that combined to make this Michigan team the worst in the history of the school aren't enough to phase them...but a scrawny scat back who can't take a hit leaving the team is too much :slappy:

Rob Oller commentary: Maize and Blue's blues only temporary

Thursday, November 20, 2008 3:21 AM
By Rob Oller

On a far less serious scale, Michigan is the man who survived a full-blown house fire.
Standing in the middle of ash and ember, the sooty-faced fellow scratches his head, rubs his eyes and mutters something about this kind of calamity always happening to someone else. To poor slobs such as Notre Dame, Southern California or Oklahoma. To unfortunate souls such as Alabama, Texas and Ohio State.
Not to Michigan, the man says, shaking his head. We have more wins than anyone else.
Then, in the weeks that follow, the man discovers the Law of Shared Experience, which posits that one doesn't realize the common occurrence of any situation until facing it himself. For instance, you never notice how many red vans are on the roads until you drive one. Heaven forbid you break an arm, and suddenly it seems everyone is wearing a cast.
