OK, just to clarify things. We've got a bet between lv and HailTo, as well as a bet between lv and Sniper. The bet is TSUN vs. Minny in football for the 2007 season (Oct. 27th, or as rescheduled), straight up (no point spread).
The winner gets to choose the avatar picture and avatar "tag-line" (e.g., Maize and Blue Wahoo) for the loser(s) for a 7-day period, to be started within 48 of the game ending. The temporary avatar content must be acceptable under normal BP guidelines (no nudity, obscenity, racism, etc.). Note - Sniper currently has no avatar, but would get one for the 7-day period if Minnesota wins.
Do all three of you agree to those terms?

hail and sniper don't post here nearly as much as lv does. they should be required to post a minimum amount of times. otherwise, they may just not post here at all that week. while that may be a win for lv (and us) in and of itself, it wouldn't satisfy the current sig bet.

Problem with that is they can go to some off-the-wall forum and post their asses off to get to the "required minimum" of posts to satisfy the bet. It shouldn't matter if they post after the bet or not, because the avatar and tag line will still show up under their previous posts.

the loser should be required to post in the game thread then. while the avatar and tag show up (of course) in prior posts, they don't carry nearly the same effect as posting with an altered avatar and tag.MililaniBuckeye;948692; said:

Yes. Only, I'm pretty sure that my ship will be underway for the week following the Minny game, and that means my Internet time is pretty limited, if I can get on at all.
