Wow, 12 of 25! I guess my lucky quarter was just average ... about 50%. Imagine that!
Thanks gbear for all the work.

Hubbard said:gbear/everyone, I went down to the local awards shop and the trophies are really cheap. I am thinking since we are going to do a College Basketball Pick em for the tournament we wouldn't want a football trophy. That is unfortunate because they had one that looked sort of like the Heisman, but smaller, for only $13.00 (which was on the high-end of the spectrum) that had plenty room for names on it. I am thinking we should just go with some sort of Trophy Cup looking thing. Anyone have any thoughts? And if a cretin does happen to win it, we just won't send it.
Clarity said:Wouldn't we want one for football and one for bball?
Hubbard said:That is why I wanted to talk to you guys. I thought abotu that, but wasn't sure what everyone wanted to do. If we are having separate let's throw out what we wanted the inscription to say this year.
Clarity said:If there's enough room, perhaps what we do is put something generic, and then each year have the name of the winner put on it. A bit like the rivalry trophies (big brown jug, etc.) that way. But maybe that's too much hassle. Dunno, I'm open (as is my wallet) to just about anything.
Hubbard said:The base is rectangular with two longer sides and two shorter side. On each side I think we can fit two names on it (so technically this trophy would be good for 8 years worth). Something like 2003 Pick'em Champion - Bucknutty (not nescesarily that, but just an idea).
Clarity said:Ohhhh, right... BuckNutty won. Well I'm out!
