Game Thread #2 tOSU at #3 Oregon, Sat. Oct. 12, 7:30 pm ET, NBC

Against Boise State:
Turnovers hurt Oregon
Special Teams bailed Oregon out (2 TD)
Boise State ran the ball on Oregon
Oregon only had one rushing TD (Gabriel)
With the exception of the QB TD run all of Oregon's touchdowns came on big plays.
Oregon was playing catch up in much of the game
The Boise State QB had time to throw much of the game.
Oregon won on a last second field goal.
Both teams faced two great backs.

One allowed their objective to run for 190+ and the other allowed their objective to run for 45 yards before the backups gave up the other 40.

Only one team has faced a quality defense. That team ran for 200+ on them when they knew what was coming.

So one can stop the run and can run the ball. The other can’t stop the run.

Just have a feeling it’ll be a long night for Oregons defense considering the options we have.

Well, you already know this is place is usually the voice of reason so those voices are much quieter here, but they are on occasion. More people seem to be picking Oregon in this game than the Bucks and they are foolish.

Playing in a loud and crazy environment only lit me on fire as a player and I imagine we've got Bucks ready for that too. The first huge hit on Gabriel by JackSaw is going to change the game.
I'd argue expecting a 30-point win on the road, across the country, at one of the loudest stadiums in the country against the #3 team is arrogant to the point of foolishness. They aren't some middling B1G team with average talent. I can envision a scenario where we blow them out, but that isn't the most probable one.

Some of the predictions are suspiciously similar in outcome to Sparty and Iowa. I’m leaning closer to whoever has the ball last in this one.
