Johnson prefers Ohio State while his mother prefers Virginia Tech. I do not know who prefers Louisville.

EDIT: Not sure this is confirmed, or how tied in Chip is... it's FAR from a certain thing that Markell can be in the 2016 class.

Kid must be really confused because I just read where he is unsure whether he will reclassify or not. Perhaps he does not have the core courses or whatever that he needs to reclassify.

Though Johnson is undecided on possibly reclassifying to 2016, and is considering a handful of schools.

Good news, there's 2 5 star commits in that class, bad news one of those 5 stars is another point guard, Dennis Smith. Interesting move on his part. All the best to him, but something tells me it won't be smooth sailings from here on in.

From my understanding from reading other boards, there was somewhat of a drop off from OSU. Apparently Thad wanted Markell to go the prep route and get his grades in order. Markell chose to try and play next year, and its still no shoe-in that he will be eligible to do so.
