I believe that he probably made a very good choice here. Also, Rick Barnes is a pretty good coach too. Good luck at Texas Myles.

I never have a problem with a player choosing his home state school. I'd hope that someone from Ohio would choose Ohio State for the same reason too.

Myles is really more of a 4 on offense. He probably would prefer to play the 4 anyway, and he can go and do that at Texas. Most every other school wanted him at the 5.

I never wish "missed on" recruits "Luck" but in this case I'll make an exception simply because I like his name.

My late father was named "Myles." Died on 11/10/07. Some may remember that date immediately, the day that Illinois and Juice Williams came to the "Shoe" and kicked our #1 ranked asses. As my dad was slipping away, I had to keep reminding him that in his state, he didn't have to suffer the pain I was feeling by having to watch the Buckeyes lose that game. A grin, and a drop of the cheek, and he was gone, after suffering more pain than I would ever want to imagine.

Agreed. Speaking of which, I'd rather have him at Texas than joining Kennard at Duke.

I guess the only thing good about him committing to Texas is that he will only be there for one year.
