Wow...hadn't seen that junior film yet. Extremely fluid runner, shifty, speed to burn. He needs to cut out all those reversing the field plays though, not going to work like that at the next level. Either way, easily a top 10 player nationally and should be in consideration for the top player overall. Get Neal this year, add Marshall and Foster and I will be pumped. Anything else is gravy past that (Lemay or Gibson).

Him, Marshall, and Derrick Green are big targets for 2013. This team needs some offensive playmakers and those guys are great athletes, the types that Urban loves.

His gait is fairly Ginn-like, especially on those punt and kick returns where he can stretch his legs out and run. He just glides out there.

Foster would be scary in an Urban-coached offense.

The best case scenario here, though, is that Foster is going to be such a stud at OSU, that a player of his caliber will forever be known as Foster-like.

I was looking at both of these vids, and I think they might both be from his sophomore year. Look at the very first play of each video. They look like the same play.

That is some serious football speed. Dare I say, Percy Harvin-ish?

he is not like Harvin at all, he's got some speed and shiftiness to him, but not at Harvin's level.

This kid is a legit 6'2/6'3, will be 200+ pounds after he gets through a college s&c program.

He is a true #1, outside WR like an Andre Johnson, Calvin Johnson, etc., etc.. Not saying he IS those guys, just saying his game is more like one of those then a Percy Harvin- who was more of a utility-man/slot receiver/running back/h-back.

Foster is super sick. The best WR in the nation in 2013 IMHO. Best WR that PA has produced since Johnathan Baldwin. Hopefully for his sake he doesn't have the personality of Baldwin.
