This screen grab from the OSU site is probably nothing but a tiny glimpse into the actual 2013 recruiting board, but I found it interesting as Powell's name is checked. (Burrows has two checks, for comparison).

So, the names I see there are Chris Worley from Glenville, Jayme Thompson from Toledo Central Catholic, Jalyn Powell from Warren Harding, Marcus Ball from Westerville South, and Cameron Burrows from Trotwood-Madison.

On the left, there's Keith Towbridge from Toledo Central Catholic, Jake Butt from Pickerington North, Evan Lisle from Centerville, Matt Miller from Toledo St. John's, and Alex Gall from Moeller.

Or it could be their "star system." Zero stars might mean someone they are tracking, one star might mean guys who they are considering for an offer, and two stars may indicate someone they have offered. Jake Butt, Evan Lisle, and Powell have checks next to their names, but none of them are reporting an OSU offer.
