I don't know about TEN others just like him.

Cam Burrows and Dymonte Thomas are the cream of the crop of Ohio DB's imo, after that there are about 4-5 guys in the same boat as Powell.

Cam and Dymonte are 1 and 2. Day I see as 3 because of the athlete he is.

Jayme Thompson, Marcus McWilson, Chris Worley, Ross Douglas, Gareon Conley, Solomon Warfield, Reon Dawson, Darian Hicks.

Add in Jalyn and there are a dozen pretty high caliber DB recruits in Ohio, sure there are a few sleepers as well.
