'13 DE OL Khaliel Rodgers (USC Verbal)

Rodgers is classified as a Center on Scout. I like that. If we are treuly down 1 center by next year, I would feel more comfortable getting Rodgers than Munger.

Elfein can play Center as well...probably ends up at OG but definately a possibility at Center. Linsley, Boren, and Elfein are gonna be around awhile.

I think Mungher is pegged for DT and this guy is a true OG.

I think we have a great shot at Dorian Johnson who will be visiting "soon"...Johnson, Pocic, Lisle, and Rodgers...very nice haul at OL.

Scout $ - NFTC: C Khaliel Rodgers

5/15

Video by Dohn.....Being recruited as a center & guard and says he doesn't have a preference on which he plays. Will camp at LSU next month and visit Ohio State over the summer. No favorites & plans on deciding at the Army Game.

Seems like a great kid & a team player

Rodgers' recruitment coming into focus?
May, 22, 2012
By Dave Hooker | ESPN.com

Khaliel Rodgers is planning on announcing a list of finalists soon, perhaps as quickly as Sunday evening.

The offensive lineman from Elkton (Md.) Eastern Christian hinted via Facebook, then confirmed to ESPN, that he will announce a final list of schools. Then, he'll begin taking visits in order to make a commitment.

Rodgers has several scholarship offers, most notably from powerhouses like Auburn and Ohio State, among others. Rodgers has shown strong interest in playing football on the West Coast, particularly in Los Angeles. He has visited Southern California but hasn't yet garnered a scholarship offer from the Trojans. There are plenty of ties there. Two of his teammates, defensive lineman Kenny Bigelow and quarterback David Sills, are committed to USC.

Rodgers has also expressed strong interest in UCLA. The three-star prospect recently picked up a scholarship offer from Hawaii.
