By Noon...talks about why he enjoyed OSU's camp...really wants to have an impact on and off the field...says he is prepared for recruiting because of his brothers...says he is feeling the love from OSU and talks about his interest in the Buckeyes.

From GBW...has been in the most contact with OSU, Colorado, North Carolina and UC...hasn't heard from Michigan but talks about the fact they have former Trotwood players up there...mom wants him close to home...also looking at academics as he is a 4.1 student.

My favorite part is when the GBW staff says "noticeably absent from the list are the Michigan Wolverines". This is the second big time 2012 OSU prospect that the Michigan staff has hardly been in contact with yet GBW thinks they are the favorites to land...Wormley being the other.

This time last year Ron Tanner was a GBW lock.

We'll see how that turns out tomorrow.

Tom Beaver - aka "The Go Blue Wolverine Staff" - is notorious for this.

He makes sure to spew his propaganda about other schools cheating during non-contact periods, while poor pious Michigan falls hopelessly behind.

like most of his articles, he inserts quotes that weren't about Michigan after his own sentences to make it sound like Bam will be waiting for Michigan with open arms and is enamored with UM's prestigious General Studies / Kinesiology degrees.

Or my personal favorite, after Boren took his parting shots, suddenly every recruit started gushing about the "family atmosphere" under RichRod.

Sadly, it was much sooner. Ron Tanner was on Beaver's prediction list in February, along with Trey DePriest & Braxton Miller, all three of which had eliminated michigan. All three were inexplicable, but his 'best guess' lists tend to be comprised of any quality player with even the mildest interest in UM.

To be fair, I think he honestly fills his list with players following his conversation with them-

Beav- "So, how do you feel about the Wolverines?"

Recruit- "Michigan? Um......"

Beav- "UM, huh? Kid's a lock!"
