TBD, I'd say. Kelly did not really use the TE at UC.

By Steve Hare...recaps his visit to ND...says they used the TEs a lot on in the spring game...says a decision between OSU and ND could come soon.

First two of Vannett, Koyack and Heuerman get in...and two of them have said they could be deciding soon...

Being perfectly honest, I would love to see Koyack and Heuerman. Vannett is a good player, I just like the skill set of Koyack and Heuerman combined.

I think Koyack is the special talent. Not that I wouldn't be pleased with a Heuerman and Vannett TE class, but Koyack plus one of the other two would really be ideal.

I just hope we keep working hard on Koyack and don't just sit back and say "eh, whichever two want to commit first we'll take". I think it's important to give Koyack priority status.

Vannett pretty much holds all the cards at this point. If he moves his timetable up and commits to Ohio State, then Koyack probably gets left out. I hope Koyack decides soon one way or the other.

I think they would be nuts (no pun intended) to turn down Koyack in any scenario, especially during April. Guy is the elite tight end in this class and is a future NFL player with first or second round draft potential. You don't turn down guys like that.

Heuerman will be deciding soon, and Vannett's hand might be forced a bit when that happens. All three guys probably know the deal here...

I think Koyack's decision is made for him within the next few weeks, unfortunately. Don't get me wrong, I like Vannett a lot, but like the last few posters have said, Koyack is the elite talent of the two.

However, Koyack may very well be favoring ND anyways after seeing the way they used the tight end's in their spring game over the weekend.
