yes, though i think you would be shortsided to not realize hes been "frozen" in a couple of games. when he shows a willingness to move the ball to the open guys his teammates keep that in mind and are more willing to give him the ball knowing he isnt going to jack up any shot or drop his head and go to the hole no matter what.
Yes I knew that. he is part of the "team" when he displays that willingness

I just got back from the game. It was my first time in Crisler Arena and came away very unimpressed. First of all, what a terrible arena. All the seats are stained and the place looks like a dungeon. Secondly, I was very unimpressed by the Michigan fans. Only twice today did it get loud at all. Once on Pettway's dunk in the first half, and second when Simms put them up 6 at 61-55. The rest of the time, they just sat on their hands. I mean, here their time is fighting for a NCAA birth, it is senior day and they are playing their archrival who just happens to be #1 in the country. Not a very good showing by their part. As for the game itself, I came away impressed with the resilency of this team down the stretch. 10-0 run to close out the game showed that they have the intestinal fortitude to handle adverse situations. That will be very important during the NCAA Tourney for sure. And how big was it for the Bucks to only be down 3 at half with Conley and Oden on the bench for the last 8 minutes of the first half? That was the key to the game, imo. Oh, and one final thing, when Butler went to the line with 10 seconds left in the game with a one-and-one and only up two, you would think that would be the loudest the arena would be all day, right? Hell no! Half of the arena was heading to the exits! I couldn't believe it. Who knows, maybe they were running to the ticket windows to purchase their first round NIT home game tickets...

I don't know what makes anyone say the team needs to play better or they are going to get upset. Michigan gave the Buckeyes their best shot and still came up short. This is a Michigan team that we all know has talented players, so they are always a threat to do SOMETHING good...which they've shown with their 17-2 record at home going into this game. Besides that, Michigan was pretty much playing for an NCAA birth and the coach's job. They looked determined to me. Other than the poor 3-point shooting, I saw nothing worth complaining about from the Bucks today. A gritty win, with lots of poise down the stretch.

travel? where was the call on the push? dude CLEARLY tried to push Hunter out of bounds.

That would be the call that led me to grab a pillow off the bed and swing it at the bedroom wall, succeeding in putting a hole in the wall. It's been good to know you all, because I'm a dead man when the wife gets home. :sad2:

Courtney Sims misses a game-tying dunk with 1:30 left.

Harris misses the front end of a 1-one-1 that could have tied it in the last minute.

I hope they enjoyed their Senior Day.

You evil bastard! :slappy:

and really the only reason it was close was a terrible shooting day and foul trouble.

Look around at how top teams have done this year playing in "meaningless" games against just average conf opponents. I went in with the mind set it was going to be a dogfight so I guess I'm not as upset as some.

That being said, we go ice cold like that and have the whole damn team in early foul trouble against a good team in the tourney and we're going to be in a world of hurt....but thats true for anyone.

You knocked a hole in the wall with a PILLOW? Is that some sort of mighty Feline Force or is your place made of popsicle sticks? :p

Probably swung the cat in a fit of rage thinking it was the pillow case and he's as dead as that cat when the old lady gets home.

I'm not sure what the upstairs walls are made of. Some sort of MDF/particle board crap. Never occured to me to wonder until about 3 hours ago when I was uttering some very colorful words. :smash:

What should I tell her?
a.) The truth (seems like a bad idea to me)
b.) Watered down version, maybe say I threw the pillow instead of swung it (better than the truth, but not much)
c.) I stumbled and put my shoulder through wall (not bad, could work)
d.) I tripped over her shoes and hit my head on the wall (seems like a winner!)

Tremendous potential for a split thread here, in terms of damage to household items/structures (as well as relationships ), caused by a fit of Buckeye rage. Just to stay on topic, another victory over tsun. Life is good.

And for Bucky, my advice is to claim temporary insanity caused by a UM-Ohio State game. Either that, or dinner and jewelry. :wink2:

e.) Just look at the lovely new painting I bought for you! I really think it works on that wall.
f.) I decided to build a niche. Cool!
g.) Bucks won; that's all that matters! No time for worries; we have some celebrating to do!
