'08 VA OL Kyle Long (Florida State baseball - Saddleback College - Oregon signee)

BB has always been his favorite and that he has only been serious about FB for a couple of years. Something about a growth plate issue in his knees keeping him off the field (common among kids who grow quickly).
It sure does sound like from what GRAD says his first love is baseball.
That condition is known as Osgood-Schlatter disease....in quick layman terms it is when the bones grow faster than soft tissue around a joint (the knee in this case) and extreme pain in the soft tissue persists....

I would really love to see Howie son come to tOSU...it would be a great addition!!!

That is inaccurate...he is more interested in playing both football and baseball in college.
At this rate... OSU football will not only fund most OSU sports, but also fill their rosters with football schollies  (ie Pryor)
