'08 OH WR Cordale Scott (Illinois Signee; Transfer to Toledo)

Cordale just had a pick 6 of about 86 yards. Pass got tipped by another Glenville defender and then Cordale reeled in the tipped ball with one hand and he was gone down the right sideline. 13-6 Glenville, late 2nd quarter. Glenville's kicker goes with the old school straight on style, not the soccer style like everybody else. Thought that was kinda weird.

After the pick, the announcer was reviewing how Scott is rated the #3 player in Ohio by Rivals. The announcer reviewed a few of the offers Scott has to date. The announcer then related how he had asked TG Sr. where Scott would end up? TG Sr. was said to smile and reply, "you know where he's going".:osu:

My vBook on RecruitingPlanet.com has been tied up for about 2 months now with all my cash on Cordale's commitment to OSU. I feel good about my earnings, but I can't use them until he pulls the trigger.

I saw the 86 yard return on the evening news. Scott is just sick fast. Another late "fluke" fumble return for a TD turned tonites game into a very nice win for Glenville over Chico's crew 26-23. Congrats Cordale and all the Tarblooders.

Mrknowitall seems to have a post in all threads in the recruiting forum since joining... posts such as the one before... posts that have no information and no meaningful input whatsoever. Wasted 20 minutes of my life reading them, 20 minutes I'll never get back. :shake:

If it took you 20 minutes to read his 13 posts, you may want to give Howard Berg a call.

Back to Cordale.

Sounds like Cordale had a huge game tonight with multiple kick returns for TDs. That is good to hear as I was a little worried by his lack of big plays so far this year. Nice that a guy as big as he is still has the speed and elusiveness to score on kick returns.
